Why is it so hard to follow a diet, workout according to our pre-planned fitness schedule and follow other healthy habits we know are good for us? Is it because we don’t REALLY WANT to get in shape and be healthy? It sure seems like it sometimes…
A message to those who HATE to exercise… What if you LOVED to exercise? I’ll be that would make it easier for you to lose weight, wouldn’t it? Well, I’m happy to tell you that it’s not only possible to love exercise even when you’ve previously loathed it, it’s downright EASY to make the change. Does it seem too good to be true? Check this out - you’ll wonder why no one ever told you…
I don’t know about you, but I have been on more diets than I can count over the years. You might wonder if they worked for me… you bet they did (at least while I was following them).
So what happens? You decide one day that this coming Monday (it always has to be Monday for me) you’re going on a diet. You’re going to eat right and exercise every single day.
When I was younger I could hang in there for several weeks at a time. Any more it’s a wonder if I make it past Tuesday. Are you seeing any similarities between us yet?
I wouldn’t be surprised if you did, because most of us chronic dieters are the same. And it’s not just a matter of persistence or will-power. In fact, most of us have quite a bit of both - we force ourselves to "follow the diet rules" and we keep on coming back for more, failure after failure. We figure if we try enough times we’ll get it right one of these days.
Well, I have news for you… approaching a problem the same way you did previously when it failed is a pretty good way to be sure you’ll fail again. Remember the definition of insanity - doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results?
I think it’s easy to become a bit insane when you’re a chronic dieter. That’s why it’s important to find a DIFFERENT solution. Only with a different solution can we expect different results!
What would you think if I told you that your thoughts are what’s keeping you from losing weight and getting in shape? If you change the way you think about things subconsciously, you’ll take different actions.
Many people have discovered how to effortlessly change their subconscious thoughts and actually enjoy eating healthy foods. In fact, these former junk-food junkies would never even consider eating a candy bar or potato chips again. Click here to find out their secret.
Now I’m NOT talking about simply telling yourself to think a particular way - that won’t work. In fact, if you think about it, that’s what we already do when we try to modify our behavior on a diet or exercise program.
No, what I’m referring to is changing the way your brain thinks when you’re not even aware of what it’s thinking. To do this, you must reprogram your years of bad habits and negative messages circulating around in your mind.
I know that sounds expensive - like something you’d have to see a therapist for or maybe get hypnotized. But, it’s really not that difficult OR expensive. In fact, you can get incredible results for about the same price as a dinner for 2 - and not a fancy one either!
Basically you take a special CD and just listen to it over and over again. You can listen to it as you drift off to sleep at night. You can have it playing in the car on your way to work. Or, you can listen to it on your headphones during the day. And that’s it!
As you listen to the CD, you’re beliefs actually change about healthy eating or exercise - there are separate programs for each. In fact, according to the guy behind this system, it’s best to only work on one issue at a time. So, even though you might have a bad habits to work on, you’ll make better progress if you just focus on the one that’s most important first. As you reach your goals you can move on to another bad habit if you want.
This is an incredible tool to help you be the person you’ve always wanted to be. And, if you can play a CD, you can do this program. That’s really all there is to it!
