If you are anything like me you have spent the last year trying to lose weight but not fairly succeeding. It is probably fair to say we have tried half hearted attempts over the last couple of years and whilst we have enjoyed some good results we have effortlessly lapsed into poor habits. What happened to that wonderful routine of going to the health club three times a week? we felt so good like a whole new person. Then we got ill, that summer season cold or winter flu and we had been out of the ring for a couple of weeks whilst we struggled through work and family life to get well once more.
