We all need a Super Hero in our daily lives, whether it is in our occupation, in our social life or assistance to accomplish our health objectives. And we can have as many as we want!

For many years, some of my Super Heros have actually been my buddies, siblings and family, a computer that works in spite of me, a book that helps past life's tough times and my old pet dog who was happy to see me, didn't matter what sort of mood I was in.

Well, I have just recently included an everyday probiotic supplement to my list.

I started doing some study into probiotics and discovered some really interesting information. Did you know that there are billions of bacteria living both inside and on the exterior of your body? In reality there are more than 10 x more bacteria than cells, happily co-existing in and on your body.

I also found that having the proper quantity of these friendly little bugs propagating your digestive tract is essential to the performance of essentially every system in your body. The healthy bacteria restore proper hormone levels, immune health, brain/gut communication, fights pathogens, viruses and a lot more.

Since I started taking probiotics two months ago, I have actually had fantastic shifts appear in my health on every level.

I used to be plagued by unexplained stomach aches and issues that would happen without any warning. It didn't appear to matter how well I ate, I still got them. Now, not only have the tummy discomforts stopped almost entirely, but I have become a lot more regular. That, in itself is making my life so much more comfortable.

I do not have nearly the amount of gas and bloating that I had experienced prior to taking the probiotics. It seems like my food digestion is smoother and my belly finally feels lighter and less aggravated. I am able to think with more clarity, I seem to have a lot more energy and I am sleeping all night.

What a difference 10 billion friendly little bacteria can make in a gal's life.
